• There is an R50 administration fee for any change requests after an order is placed, which is not always guaranteed.
• Within 72 hours of collection or delivery, we cannot change your order.

Store Policy:

• Custom cake orders require a minimum of 4–5 days' notice. Select your collection/delivery date at checkout.
• If your chosen date is not showing, we are fully booked for that day.
