Order, Cancellation & Date Change Policy

How Ordering Works

Every Sugarplum Treats SA order is made to order. We buy ingredients and start production as soon as your payment is received, so please read the details below before you order.

Payment

• Payment in full secures your date. Your slot is only held once payment is received.

Cancellations

• Within 2 hours of paying, before we have bought or baked anything: refund minus a 10% admin fee.
• More than 5 days before your date: 50% store credit, valid for 60 days. Cash refunds are not available once production has started.
• Less than 5 days before your date: no refund or credit, as your order is already made or in production.
• If we have to cancel: you get a full refund, returned to your original payment method within 7 days.

Changes to Your Order

• Changes to your date, colours, flavour or design after ordering carry the change fee shown on the product page (R50 for cupcakes, R50 to R150 for cakes depending on the design). Date changes are subject to availability.
• Within 72 hours of your collection or delivery, we cannot accept any changes to your order.
